With a slight shock I recently realized that I've far too long neglected my stamps by Create A Smile Stamps. And this despite the fact that I've even purchased a new to me set by them a few weeks ago. It's called "Uplifting" and besides some little flying objects it also includes one cute little bird. Together with a few left over die-cuts I had laying on my craft table I created this card with him:
I've colored the little birdie with Copics. The background is sponged with Distress Inks. Also being used here for the first time is the city silhouette die by My Favorite Things. Originally I had bought it to help me creating scenes vor Mama Elephant's "Tiny Heroes" but as you can see here it also makes a fabulous background for flying chickens.
Hier noch mal eine Nahaufnahme von dem süßen Vögelchen.
And here's a close-up of the cute birdie.
